You may request a refund review for unused prepaid credit. Credit consumed by completed calls is not refundable, except for duplicate or incorrect charges or where required by law.
To request a review, email support with the account email, payment date, amount, and reason for the request. If a call charge looks wrong, include the destination country and approximate call time.
Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method through Stripe and the corresponding unused WebPhone credit is removed. Stripe usually posts approved refunds within 5–10 business days, although the bank or payment method can take longer.
