Sunshift AI collects the account details needed to provide WebPhone, including your sign-in identity, email address, prepaid balance, transaction records, call destination, call time, duration, and call status. WebPhone does not store call audio.
We use this information to authenticate your account, place and bill calls, provide call history and support, prevent abuse, and meet legal and payment obligations.
Clerk provides authentication, Convex stores application data, Twilio routes calls, and Stripe processes payments. These providers receive only the information needed to perform their services and handle it under their own privacy and security terms.
We retain account, call, and transaction records for as long as needed to provide the service, resolve disputes, prevent fraud, and satisfy legal obligations. You may ask to access, correct, or delete eligible personal data by contacting support. Some transaction records must be retained where required by law.
